Who We Are

Since 2005 Collins & Co have built up a steady reputation and have become key players in the property market in Limerick. Michael Collins is 19 years in the financial services industry having worked as a Financial Consultant with Canada Life; he holds the status of QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser) the universally accepted qualification in the financial industry. He also holds a certificate of proficiency in Auctioneering and Estate Agency Practice with “The Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers”.

Michael set up Collins & Co in 2005 to combine his experience in the Financial Services Market with his property qualification. Michael, a peace commissioner is also a member of Limerick County Council having been first elected in 2004 and re elected in 2009. Fiona Collins also brings with her a wealth of experience to the business. She has been working as an accounts supervisor for the last 14 years and takes care of the accounts Department in Collins & Co.

Property Lettings & Management

With the property investor market still very strong, Collins & Co. offers property lettings and management. There is still a very high demand for property rentals and we will take care of everything from finding a suitable tenant, arranging the tenancy agreement to managing your property outright.

Estate Agents

With a strong emphasis on the sale of local property, both residential and commercial, Collins & Co. have decided to keep the family name and this point have not seen any need to align with any of the large estate agency names nationwide. For this reason, we are now in a position to offer one of the lowest rates in the market for selling your property. Collins & Co. will only be charging 1.5% plus VAT fees.
